静电除尘空气净化器利用高压直流电场使空气中的 气体分子电离,产生大量电子和离子,在电场力的作用下向两极移动,在移动过程中碰到气流中的粉尘颗粒和细菌使其荷电,荷电颗粒在电场力作用下向自身电荷相反的极板做运动,在电场作用下,空气中的自由离子要向两极移动,电压愈高、电场强度愈高,离子的运动速度愈快。由于离子的运动,极间形成了电流。开始时,空气中的自由离子少,电流较少。电压升高到一定数值后,放电极附近的离子获得了较高的能量和速度,它们撞击空气中的中性原子时,中性原子会分解成正、负离子,这种现象称为空气电离。空气电离后,由于连锁反应,在极间运动的离子数大大增加,表现为极间的电流(称之为电晕电流)急剧增加,空气成了导体,高强电压捕获附带细菌颗粒,瞬间导电穿由蛋白质组成的细胞壁,达到杀灭细菌吸附除尘。

Currently, the catalysts commonly used for SCR denitrification are mainly titanium oxide-based catalysts with TiO2, V2O5, WO3 and MoO3 as the main components, mainly in honeycomb, flat plate and corrugated plate types. The honeycomb type catalyst is homogeneous and extruded at one time, with high specific surface area; the flat catalyst is made of stainless steel grid and impregnated with active material, with high resistance to fly ash abrasion and low pressure loss, and high resistance to arsenic poisoning; the corrugated plate catalyst is made of reinforced glass fiber and impregnated with active material, with low mass, high activity and high resistance to CaO poisoning.
