Introduction
Semi-dry technology is a simple, low-investment, high-performance desulfurization system with a small footprint and easy accessibility. The semi-dry desulfurization process means that the desulfurizing agent is added in a wet state and the water in the slurry is evaporated using the sensible heat of the flue gas. During the drying process, the desulfurization agent reacts with the sulfur dioxide in the flue gas to produce a dry powder-like product. In order to improve the desulfurization efficiency, lime powder digestion slurry is usually used as the desulfurization agent. The desulfurization end product, desulfurization slag, is a free-flowing dry powder mixture with no secondary pollution and can also be further utilized comprehensively. Working Principle
Flue gas from the boiler air preheater enters the desulfurization tower from the lower part of the tower through the cloth wind device, then the flue gas enters the circulating fluidized bed body through the acceleration of the venturi at the bottom of the desulfurization tower, and the material is in the circulating fluidized bed, the gas-solid two phases produce intense turbulence and mixing due to the action of airflow, fully contact, and in the process of rising, the agglomerates are continuously formed to return downward, and the agglomerates are continuously disintegrated in the intense turbulence Re-lifted by the airflow, making the slip velocity between gas and solid up to tens of times of the single particle slip velocity, making the Ca/S ratio in the bed as high as 87 or more. The flue gas temperature in the reaction process is adjusted to about 70℃ by the sprayed atomized water, and the qualified absorbent (Ca(OH)2) dry powder is pneumatically transported into the absorption tower by the jet pump, and the flue gas is chemically reacted with the desulfurization in the tower, and the large amount of gas-solid mixture is discharged from the top of the absorption tower after the reaction. Such a gas-solid two-phase flow mechanism in the circulating fluidized bed greatly strengthens the mass and heat transfer between gas and solid, which provides a fundamental guarantee for achieving high desulfurization rate.
The purified dusty flue gas is discharged laterally from the top of the desulfurization tower and then turned into the high efficiency dust collector, and then discharged into the stack through the boiler fan. The solid particles trapped by the dust collector are returned to the desulfurization tower through a recirculation system under the dust collector to continue to participate in the reaction, and so on.
Technical Features
Semi-dry flue gas desulfurization technology is to use circulating fluidized bed technology for flue gas purification at the end of the boiler to remove most of the acidic gases in the flue gas, so that the harmful components in the flue gas can meet the emission requirements.
The semi-dry flue gas desulfurization technology has the following characteristics:

(7) The ash conveying adopts upward-directed warehouse pump, which has small gas consumption, and the ash conveying pipeline is not easy to be blocked and has long service life. At the same time, an intermediate ash bin is added between the bin pump and the bag, which makes the operation of the bin pump more stable and reliable.
Solid materials are collected by the bag filter, and then sent back to the reactor by the air inclined trough, so that the unreacted destructant is repeatedly circulated and the residence time in the reactor is extended, thus improving the utilization rate of the destructant and reducing the operation cost.
According to the needs of flue gas purification, adding the right amount of activated carbon and other additives can change the composition of circulating materials, effectively adsorbing and removing dioxins and heavy metals and other toxic and difficult to remove pollutants to achieve special purification effects.
