Principle
Dry desulfurization process is to use the combination of crusher with grading system and conveying grading as a complete set of grinding and spraying device, the crushed calcium carbonate fine powder is in a laminar or porous structure, with uniform particle size and good dispersion, and then sprayed directly into the furnace or reaction tower through multiple nozzles with solid superfine powder, which can effectively remove more than 95% of SO2 in the exhaust gas, and the removal rate of HCI can even reach 99%. The process of generating calcium sulfate; using electron beam irradiation or activated carbon adsorption to convert SO2 into ammonia sulfate or sulfuric acid, collectively known as dry flue gas desulfurization technology.
Advantages and disadvantages

Introduction
The earliest dry desulfurization technology applied to gas is iron oxide desulfurization technology with methane iron ore as desulfurizer. After that, with the successful research of gas desulfurization activated carbon and its relatively lower production cost, activated carbon desulfurization technology also began to be widely used. Dry desulfurization is mostly used for fine desulfurization, which has a high degree of purification for both inorganic and organic sulfur. Different dry desulfurization agents work in different temperature zones, which can be divided into low temperature (room temperature and below 100 ℃) desulfurization agent, medium temperature (100 ℃ ~ 400 ℃) desulfurization agent and high temperature (> 400 ℃) desulfurization agent. China's relevant institutions have developed a variety of models of low-temperature, medium-temperature desulfurization agent, and the Northwest Research Institute of Chemical Industry has developed a successful high-temperature desulfurization agent. Dry desulfurization due to simple equipment, smooth operation, high precision desulfurization, has been a variety of raw gas, small and medium-sized nitrogen fertilizer plants, methanol plants, city gas plants, petrochemical plants and other widely used, natural gas, semi-water gas, conversion gas, carbonized gas, various fuel gas for desulfurization, have good results. Especially in the normal low temperature conditions, easy to regenerate the desulfurization agent will have a very wide range of application prospects. However, the disadvantages of dry desulfurization is a slow response, large equipment, and the need for multiple equipment to switch operations; dry desulfurization agent sulfur capacity is limited, the gas containing high concentrations of sulfur does not adapt to the need to first use wet coarse desulfurization, and then dry fine desulfurization gate-keeping.
The furnace calcination circulating fluidized bed flue gas desulfurization is based on the flue gas circulating fluidized bed desulfurization technology, its biggest feature is the choice of inexpensive, widely available limestone as desulfurizing agent, desulfurizing agent adaptability. At the same time, it can be coupled with boiler energy-saving transformation to improve thermal efficiency.

Desulfurization process flow
The dusty flue gas from the air preheater of the boiler first enters the electric precipitator, in which 85% of the dust is removed, and then enters the desulfurization reaction tower.
The flue gas enters the desulfurization reaction tower from the bottom, and through the acceleration of the venturi, it enters the circulating fluidized bed, and the material in the circulating fluidized bed, the gas-solid two phases produce intense turbulence and mixing due to the action of the airflow, and make full contact, and in the process of rising, the agglomerates are constantly formed to return downward, and the agglomerates are constantly disintegrated in the intense turbulence to be lifted by the airflow again, which makes the slip speed between the gas-solid up to single particle slip The slip velocity between gas and solid is tens of times of the single particle slip velocity. Such a two-phase flow mechanism in the circulating fluidized bed greatly enhances the mass and heat transfer between gas and solid, which ensures a high desulfurization rate.
A set of water spraying device is set up in the venturi outlet flaring section to spray in atomized water to reduce the flue gas temperature in the desulfurization reactor, so that the flue gas temperature drops to about 75℃ above the flue gas dew point, thus making the reaction of SO2 and Ca(OH)2 into an ionic reaction that can be completed instantaneously.
After the flue gas comes out of the desulfurization tower, it enters the bag filter. In the bag filter, the dust in the flue gas is removed. After the desulfurization and dust removal, the flue gas is discharged into the chimney through the boiler fan. The solid particles trapped down by the bag filter enter the boat-shaped ash hopper under the dust collector and are returned to the reaction tower through the material circulation system under the dust collector. The un-reacted desulfurization agent carried in these ashes continues to participate in the reaction, and so on.
The ash in the ship-shaped ash hopper is controlled at a certain level, and the excess desulfurization ash is sent to the desulfurization ash storage by the pneumatic conveying system.
