Differential pressure cleaning is based on the detection of the pressure difference between the entrance and exit of the dust collector, when the differential pressure reaches a high value (generally set to 1500Pa), the program automatically starts the dust cleaning system for blowing, and when the differential pressure drops below the set low value (generally set to 1000Pa), dust cleaning automatically stops. This dust cleaning method can make the compressed air reach the optimal state, but need accurate pressure detection value, detection pressure pipeline without frequent blockage of the use of the case, the need to regularly check whether the pressure detection equipment is normal, to prevent inaccurate pressure detection, long-term non-cleaning of dust caused by bag bonding.

The ash conveying system of bag type dust removal equipment generally consists of ash hopper vibrator, ash discharge valve, scraper conveyor, bucket elevator or pneumatic ash conveying equipment. As the ash cleaning system of bag type dust collector is working intermittently, only when the ash cleaning system is working, the ash hopper will drop a large amount of ash, and the dropped ash needs to be transported to the external ash storage bin in time by scraper conveyor, bucket elevator or pneumatic ash conveying, so as to avoid the normal operation of the dust collector due to excessive ash accumulation in the dust hopper, and in serious cases, the dust collector may be crushed due to excessive ash accumulation. The traditional ash conveying system runs uninterruptedly for a long time, which will cause the ash conveying system equipment to idle without ash in the ash hopper, wasting electricity and causing the scraper chain and rail to dry wear, greatly shortening the service life of the ash conveying equipment, increasing the cost of spare parts and equipment maintenance costs.

Through long-term observation and practice, we design and modify the program according to the ash discharge valve and scraper's ash conveying capacity, and realize two ways to improve the efficiency of ash conveying system equipment, so as to achieve the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction.

The first way: design and modify the program and control screen, add the function of periodical automatic start/stop operation of the ash conveying system, add the starting delay time, stopping delay time, ash discharging valve running time, ash discharging valve intermittent time, ash discharging valve periodical intermittent time control parameter setting box on the screen, you can set the ash conveying system running time according to the amount of ash on site, so that the equipment can run in a high efficiency working condition. This allows the equipment to operate at a high efficiency and reduces the energy consumption of the dust removal and ash conveying system to a greater extent.

The second way: using the hopper level meter level detection function, when half of the bin low level meter detects the low level signal, automatically start the ash conveying system to discharge ash, when running for a period of time, the low level signal all disappear, the ash conveying system stop. This way can better improve the efficiency of the equipment and maximize the energy saving and consumption reduction. However, this program has not yet been applied in practice, pending implementation.
