Flue gas desulfurization refers to the removal of sulfur oxides (SO2 and SO3) from flue gases or other industrial waste gases.
1. High dust removal efficiency, can adsorb fine dust with particle size greater than 0.3 microns, dust removal efficiency up to 99%.
2. Flexible use, air volume can be processed from hundreds of cubic meters per hour to hundreds of thousands of cubic meters per hour, and can be used as a small unit located directly in the room, near the machine tool, or as a large dust removal room, i.e. "bag room".
3. Simple structure, stable operation, low initial investment (compared with electrostatic precipitator), easy maintenance. Therefore, bag filter is widely used in eliminating dust pollution, improving the environment, recycling materials, etc.
4. Bag filter is a dry cleaning equipment, no water is needed, so there is no problem of sewage treatment or slurry treatment, and the collected dust is easy to be recycled.
5. The cost is lower than electrostatic precipitator while ensuring the same high dust removal efficiency.
6. Using high temperature filter materials such as PPS, Teflon, P84, etc., it can operate under high temperature conditions above 200℃.
